Advantage® Treatment Shampoo for Cats & Kittens is a flea and tick treatment shampoo designed to kill fleas and ticks on contact. This unscented shampoo helps remove biting fleas during bathing and is formulated for cats and kittens 12 weeks of age and older.

The active formula ingredients are pyrethrins, piperonyl butoxide, and N-octyl bicycloheptene dicarboximide. These ingredients work together to kill insects such as fleas and ticks. This shampoo works during bathing and helps reduce live parasites on the coat and skin.

Important: For use on cats only. Do not use on kittens under 12 weeks of age. Do not repeat treatment for 7 days.

Directions for Use

• Use only on cats and kittens 12 weeks of age and older
• Wet the coat thoroughly with warm water for 2–3 minutes
• Apply shampoo and work into a lather over the entire body
• Avoid the eyes and mouth
• Massage the lather down to the skin
• Continue lathering for several minutes
• Rinse thoroughly and dry the animal

For small cats under 15 pounds, wrapping the cat in a towel after bathing may help absorb moisture and remove dying fleas before drying.

Do not repeat treatment for 7 days.

Flea and tick control on the animal is only part of the solution. The inside of the home and outdoor areas used by the pet should also be treated for complete flea control.

• Store in a cool, dry area
